Activity areas

Areas of activity, listed for information.

The list below describes fields in which the company operates. It contains no prices, no packages and no purchasable items. Nothing on this page is an offer or a recommendation.

Descriptions are generic. Scope, limits and responsibilities in any actual mandate are defined exclusively by written agreement between the parties.

Discretionary portfolio management

Administration of securities portfolios within a written mandate. Strategic allocation, permitted instrument classes, concentration limits and rebalancing rules are fixed in advance. Decisions are taken within those limits and recorded.

Advisory mandates

Preparation of documented positions on portfolio questions where the decision remains with the client. Each position states assumptions, constraints considered and the record on which it is based.

Wealth structuring

Mapping of assets and liabilities across accounts, holding entities and jurisdictions. Identification of duplication, unmanaged exposure and undocumented ownership. Output is a written structural record.

Family office administration

Consolidated administration for families, foundations and related entities. Document custody, payment oversight, calendar of obligations and preparation of governance meetings with written minutes.

Consolidated reporting

Aggregation of positions across several depositary banks into one statement. Reconciliation against bank records, disclosure of methodology, and presentation of results after costs.

Risk documentation

Definition and monitoring of exposure limits, currency positions, liquidity requirements and drawdown thresholds agreed in the mandate. Breaches are documented with date, cause and action taken.

Succession and transfer records

Preparation of asset inventories and transfer documentation used by notaries, executors and tax advisers. Legal drafting and tax opinions remain with the appointed professionals.

Coordination of external advisers

Scheduling and information exchange between depositary banks, auditors, tax advisers, notaries and insurers, so that all parties work from the same record base and the same reporting date.

Cross-border administration

Administration of holdings located in more than one European jurisdiction, including currency reporting, documentation requirements and coordination of local advisers.
