This policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with the website bskvv.org and with correspondence addressed to the company.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the website bskvv.org and to email or postal correspondence with the company. It does not apply to third-party websites reached through external links.

4. No tracking or profiling
This website does not use analytics services, advertising networks, social media pixels, heat mapping or any form of cross-site tracking. No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
5. External resources
Web fonts, an icon font and photographic material are loaded from third-party content delivery networks. When such a resource is requested, the provider receives the IP address of the requesting device and standard request headers for the purpose of delivering the file. Providers used are Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), unpkg (Cloudflare, Inc.), Unsplash Inc. and Pexels GmbH.
6. Recipients
Personal data is disclosed to the hosting provider acting as processor, to the content delivery networks named above to the extent technically required, and to public authorities where a statutory duty to disclose exists. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
7. Transfers to third countries
Where a content delivery network processes request data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR or on an adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR.
8. Retention
Server log data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless retention is required to investigate a security incident. Correspondence is retained for the period required to answer the enquiry and thereafter for statutory retention periods of six or ten years under German commercial and tax law where applicable.
9. Rights of data subjects
- Access to personal data under Art. 15 GDPR.
- Rectification of inaccurate data under Art. 16 GDPR.
- Erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, subject to retention duties.
- Restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR.
- Data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests under Art. 21 GDPR.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without effect on prior processing.

10. Supervisory authority
Complaints may be lodged with the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Deutschland, or with the supervisory authority of the data subject's habitual residence.
11. Obligation to provide data
Provision of personal data is voluntary. Without contact details an enquiry cannot be answered.
12. Amendments
This policy is amended when the underlying processing changes or when legal requirements change. The version in force is the version published on this page.
